The master bedroom with it's own TV has a LARGE BED (160 x 200) contains a large wardrobe with a lot of storage place for clothes, a lot of hangers, shoes and luggage. The dressing contains a FIXED SAFE 👍

A luxury extra bed ( 80x200 ) with very comfortable mattress for a 3rd adult / or child is available upon request (extra charge € 12 p.n.) need to be reserved 1 month in advance and to pay on the spot in cash.

The kitchen is fully equipped with DISHWASHER , hot air oven, microwave, fridge/freezer, NESPRESSO coffee machine, percolator (typical English), electric juicer, toaster, electric blender for smoothies, ➡️ electronic backing plate 2500w for outdoor use in the summer months ( instead of a BBQ) real BBQ is FORBIDDEN in the residence PORTO FINO.

There is a utilityroom with washing machine & clothes dryer, ironing board, storage cupboard for dirty laundry & cleaning stuff, storage for your suitcases & golfbags.

The living room contains a very comfortable L-sofa, a 43 inch SATELLITE SMART TV & 1 extra TV in the bedroom. An extensible dining table, that not should be moved on the terrace.
Even there is an extensible terrace table with chairs.

The luxury bathroom has a RAIN SHOWER & all towels are provided / included in the rental price.
A scale/balance is also available.
On the large terrace there are 2 comfortable luxury sunloungers and an extensible dining table. The terrace is partially covered. There is also a large sun canopy/awning that nearly can cover the whole terrace.

Also available: beach towels, beach bag, ironing board, iron, drying rack & pins, vacuum cleaner.

At 60m from the apartment there is a large open air parking lot , completely free to use.

There is NO STORAGE / cellar available to place BICYCLES. It is NOT ALLOWED to place bicycles in the apartment or on the terrace, neither in the elevators. Community rules …. To avoid damage !

NEVER use airco's or heating with OPEN windows !

Switch off the airco or heating if you leave the apartment. You can turn it on when you come back. The owner can check DAILY your usage online on the ENDESA APP.

Water is included in the rental price, ….. but be very careful with it, the water in Spain is exhaustible. Electricity is calculated in the night price / as extra fee € 3 p.n.

Tenants receive the apartment SPOTLESS !
The end cleaning of €75 is payable in CASH on arrival when handing over the keys.
PRICE reduction on the published rates are NOT ALLOWED

The normal check-in is from 3 p.m. (15h )

The cleaning service needs 4 hours to clean the apartment.

Tenants are kindly requested to inform the owner via whatsapp of their estimated time of arrival at the apartment and again when they still have a 30 min. drive to the apartment, so that a staff member or the owner can wait for them at the entrance hall.

The amount of the final cleaning €75 is to pay in CASH on the spot when handing over the keys.

Regarding key delivery : It is free during normal office hours.
After 21h €20 will be charged for handing over the keys, also on Sundays & legal holidays.
After 23:00 / €30 will be payable in cash.

🚭 Smoking is NOT allowed in the apartment 🚭
but is tolerated on the terrace. Smoking is also forbidden in the entrance hall, lifts and all corridors of the building.
