Apartament Ocean Spokojny

The apartment is in one of four new buildings next to a shopping mall and a short walk from the seaside. We were instructed to pick up the keys from the reception which was not of any problem. I forgot to ask about parking but there was a number of the parking place on the keys - when we found it it was already taken by some other car.... (later we were told to take another place). I made the reservation for 2 families (4 adults + 4 children) and requested one baby cot which was provided but taking into consideration there are 2 bedrooms - one with double bed, one with foldable sofa (that makes 4 sleeping beds + 1 cot for a small child) it still leaves 3 children without a place to lay their head on..... There is a couch in the living room but again suitable for only one person. Anyhow, we asked the landlord and he provided us with one inflatable bed. Somehow I expected that if there is a reservation made for so many people there will be adjustments made so that everyone can get their space, unfortunately I was wrong.... At a first glance the apartment looked clean and fresh but we found a full bin from the previous tenants and NO garbage bags. Nevertheless, the landlord provided us with HUGE garbage bags so we cleaned it ourselves and had some more for our own use. There is a nice terrace with chairs which you enter from the living room and a small balcony accesible from one bedroom to dry the clothes on. A great advantage are two toilets. In the end we liked our stay but next time I would request specifically at least inflatable beds for everyone.

The towels provided were wet (we had to dry them first to use them), the bin was full of garbage from previous tenants, there is no washing liquid provided (there is a dishwasher too), there is a parking space number provided but it was taken by some other car - later we were told two more parking places which can be also used, otherwise parking in front of the building is a pain in the *ss as all are reserved places. There were two keys to the apartment but only one chip to access the building. Not enough beds prepared for the anounced number of people (we were 4+4 but only 5+1/2 beds are there to sleep on). If you wish to cook there are only 2 pans (+1 which doesn´t work with the induction :-P) and one huge cooking pot and that is all.... (then there are enough utensils and plates).

beds could be a little bigger, 30 minutes walk to the guarded beach or train station (cheap taxi in the area)
