Peaceful Escape

The grounds are beautifully landscaped, the location is quiet and just a quick walk through the woods into town for a meal. Our dog enjoyed the space to stretch her legs and breathe after visiting the loud and crowded cities of Brussels and Bruges. The studio apartment was perfect, with a balcony overlooking the chickens and and the flowers. The hostess is very kind, if we ever end up in this part of the world again - we won't hesitate to stay here again.

HEERLIJK VERTOEVEN!

De ligging is super relax om te shoppen in Maastricht, Antwerpen, Keulen. Maar ook voor rust is deze locatie een pareltje in deze groenrijke omgeving met mooie wandelroutes. En het huisje was erg comfortabel en van alles voorzien. Niks op aan te merken. Ook de parkeerplaats super handig en gratis. Ook een laadpaal aanwezig. En de gastvrouw natuurlijk doet haar naam alle eer aan!

Een heel fijne plek om te verblijven. Sympathieke sfeer, fijne omgeving.

Een prachtige locatie. Een fijn terras enuitzicht op prachtige natuur en tuin - de tuin is ook toegankelijk voor gasten. Veel opbergruimte. Mooi ingericht. Goed voorzien van keukengerei, servies, bestek e.d.

De badkamer heeft geen goede luchtmogelijkheid. Is daardoor makkelijk muf. De kookgelegenheid is klein en ook niet heel goed gelucht - etensgeuren blijven lang hangen. De kraan heeft een onduidelijk warm/koud indicator. Het warme water is niet geschikt voor consumptie, wij bemerkten een zwavelsmaak en -geur. De bedden zijn comfortabel en tegen elkaar te schuiven voor samenslapen, maar het zou fijn zijn als die dan ook vastgezet konden worden, zodat ze niet tijdens de bijslaap uit elkaar schuiven.

Mooie bestemming met leuke uitjes in de buurt, wandelroutes zo vanuit de locatie.

De locatie was prima, landelijk en rustig met een mooi uitzicht. Wij hadden de studio op de 1e etage met terras. Alles was aanwezig, ook in de keuken. Bedden waren goed, bank was goed. Ruime badkamer met douche. Ontbijt is op bestelling, en is zeer divers, voor ieder wat wils.

Wanneer je in de avond arriveert, zorg dat je iets te eten meeneemt, er is vlakbij geen horeca, daarvoor moet echt wel een eind gereden worden.
