The location was in a quiet residential area, though there is not much excitement around. Conveniently across from a nice bakery selling excellent sourdough bread and everything needed to make a deli sandwich at home. They also make their own granola, which was the perfect type of food for this rental’s specific kitchen setup to handle. It is a to go store.

Skip this place if you want the value of a house rental. The "stocked kitchen" is highly misleading. It is only functional to reheat food, toast, coffee, and use a blender, though it does have a full-size fridge to stock up on pre-made food. The pan set is heavily scratched, and mixing bowls, a colander, and serving platters are completely missing. You can wash dishes, but there is zero counter space to let them dry. It is an ill-equipped rental with completely empty cupboards in both the kitchen and bathroom. They severely ration toilet paper and paper towels, providing only a single rag and one old sponge for the kitchen, and no bathroom cleaning supplies. If you have a daily living accident or spill, you are totally stranded. Management's attitude is don't ask too many questions about amenities or you will be considered high needs. You might as well rent a nice hotel room and eat out.
