Bahia Real is a luxury residence located at the entrance of Marbella.
This beautiful, very chic apartment offers two large bedrooms with dressing rooms and two large bathrooms, in a modern and comfortable style.
The large terrace offers you a breathtaking sea view. It is partially covered, to be able to take advantage of the slightest ray of sunshine or to take your nap in the shade.The complex offers two magnificent swimming pools surrounded by tropical gardens, a paddle tennis court and a children's play area.
This residential area in high demand nevertheless remains very quiet, while being a few minutes drive from the center of Marbella and the La Cañada shopping center.
The beach is about 800 m away and is one of the most beautiful on the Costa del Sol.
We cannot be held responsible in the event of closure of swimming pools by decision of the community or regional decision due to water restrictions put in place during periods of drought.

I’m not one to make time for reviews but I just had to do this one. Honestly, everything was spot-on. Great apartment for a 4 person family. The layout, size, amenities and location. The hosting company was also really on it. In a quiet urbanisation but all the best beach clubs are either side of the area so super easy with everything at your fingertips. Only thing is that a car is needed. A 10 minute walk to the beach and uphill after a long day at the beach is a bit much. So rent a car for sure.

The location, the view, the comfort of the apartment, it is a great place for a family of 4. Also, the pool is outstanding, so is the garden!
The shower needs an update. The drain is full and the tile in the middle is loose. Also, the boiler was twice with cold water.

This accomodation is very comfortable and very well maintained.
The service by exoimmo is always extra-ordinary!
Unfortunately glases, coffee cups, frying pans and Toaster should be replaced.
Over the years they are damaged and used up. The toaster roasts bread just on one side.
Finaly the beds in the guest room are quiet noisy!
