Big room, comfortable bed, location by the Limanu marina

Service in the restaurant was in slow motion. Breakfast is served from 8 a.m., however, restaurant opened later.

Personal foarte amabil, micul dejun bun dar poate ar merge usor variat pentru cei care stau mai mult de 3 zile. Parcare ok . Este o locație superbă și sper să se mențină așa. Vom reveni cu siguranță.

Proprietatea este deosebită. Am avut un mic ghinion exact la sosire pentru că un grup de team building se manifesta precum în junglă, cu un limbaj greu de descris și cu un comportament grobian “demn” de patronul care le-a făcut acest cadou! Prin eleganța și diplomația doamnei șef de sală am aflat că “nu are ce să le facă “ oricât li s-a explicat. Totuși au plecat a doua zi iar doamna administrator ne-a liniștit explicându-ne că a fost un caz izolat. Din fericire așa a fost.

The location is great, right at the Limanu Marina. The staff at the restaurant is very nice and welcoming, they try to help as much as they can. Also, the food is very good, including the breakfast; however the breakfast was the same every day (fried eggs, cheese, ham and vegetables).

There was no hot water on the day of arrival and on the next morning also. Maybe the problem was beyond their control but I would have been nice to be informed about this at the check in instead of letting people discover it by themselves. The room was very cold, the only way to heat it was with AC, which is not very comfortable. There was a radiator in the bathroom but it was not functional. The mattress was very hard and the pillow was very soft. Also, the bed frame was shaking and screaking at the slightest move. Not a good sleep at all. The POS at the restaurant and reception did not work, again, it can happen but an advance notice would have been helpful. Overall I found the accommodation very overpriced, although the staff is really trying to accommodate everybody.
