Our stay in Bad Ems and the Rachellus apartment was an unforgettable experience.

The apartment is at a most central and quiet location, it was nicely furnished, very clean, with a very comfortable bed.

There was nothing we didn't like. But I'd like to share a tip about fee-free car-parking. On the left Lahn bank (Wilhelmsallee), most of the parking space is free of charge. It is just a 5, 6, 7 minute walk from the apartment.

No elevator (something to consider if you have big luggage) Hard bed Shower switch from hot to cold quite fast. Loose shower head. Hard to find when arriving at night. Wrong instructions upon entry of the door, we were advised to type 9digit code but while typing the 6digit, it automatically logs you out and you have to wait 2.min 30 seconds before putting in the code again which was a hassle

Great stay with view over the park and river

Ideally located with a beautiful view over the park and river. Lot of counter space in the bathroom for toiletries. Codes to enter are nicer than a key. The kitchen was perfect to prepare simple meals.

No shutters to keep darkness in the bedroom.

Pretty good but misadvertised - owners are probably away :(

Location quite central, neat property with mostly everything you need.

Property was advertised as containing a washing machine, and extra bed on request - neither were provided although I requested extra bed 2 weeks in advance.. The ad needs updating! There was no washing machine :( There is no lift so 3rd floor climbing stairs with heavy suitcases was a drain, the fire exit door opens to the roof without a child lock - is highly unsuitable and dangerous for families with young children who will go on the roof and just fall off and die! Property requires you to strip beds and other housekeeping tasks upon leaving.

This is a nice, convenient place to stay in a sightworthy town and area.

The lodging was spacious, modern and comfortable. The location is excellent, with lots of walkable options for food and views. Stores for supplies are within a short drive.

While we were okay with it, guests should be aware that the lodging is up three spiral flights of stairs totaling 51 steps. And parking is a real challenge, especially upon arrival if before ~20:00.

There was a problem with a key and linen for the sofa bed linen but that was dealt with promptly. The bedroom door handle needs fixing.

Despite the very good reviews we read before booking, we had a very bad experience. While we had booked for 4 people we realised when we were ready to make our beds that there are not enough bed sheets, pillows, bed covers and towels for all of us. Hot water in the shower was switching into cold, sofa bed did not turn into a bed and wi fi was not working. Overall a bad experience. We contacted the staff, he gave us some instructions to go and get some more bed sheets but that was it. We were told that we booked for one person and when we sent a screenshot of the reservation which was for 2 adults and two children, they apologised for getting it wrong. For sure you don’t expect this from a hotel that claims to have 5 stars..

Es war unser zweiter Aufenthalt in dieser Unterkunft. Die Wohnung war sauber und schön gerichtet. Der Ausblick top. Der Ansprechpartner ist immer erreichbar und sehr zuvorkommend. Wir waren rundum zufrieden und hatten einen schönen Aufenthalt.

Die Lage ist toll, im Sommer wunderschön, aber im Winter eher nicht noch einmal

Die Unterkunft ist schön, aber die Sache mit der Heizung ist im Winter ein KO Kriterium, es gibt nur Radiatoren und die Wohnung wird wegen der Größe nicht warm. Uns wurde zwar eine Ersatzwohnung angeboten, aber wir wollten wg des Aufwandes nicht mehr umziehen.

Вид из окон приятный. Большая площадь номера, несмотря на покатые потолки - крыша. Большая ванная комната и большая ванна - прекрасно.

Не было мыла и шампуня. При вселении номер был неотоплен, было очень холодно при минусовой температуре на улице. Включили имеющиеся электронагреватели. Через 12 часов всё стало хорошо. Пешком по лестнице высоковаты, но нам это не мешало.

Habe der Unterkunft Mängel gravierende geschrieben. Bisher keine Rückmeldung! Eingangstür defekt-offene Tür! Keine Beleuchtung im Flur vorhanden (stockdunkel über zwei Stockwerke) und muffiger Geruch. Unsaubere Wohnung. Schmutzige Stühle und Kissen. Drittes Bett nicht bezogen. Küchenarmatur fällt einfach ab. TV und WLAN funktionieren nicht etc.

Schöne Lage , Gute Wohnung mit sehr viel abstrichen . Wir hatten Wohnung MICHELLUS .

Die Lage der Wohnung , nähe zum bahnhof und zur REHA klinik . Ausstattung und Sauberkeit entsprach unseren vorstellungen . Die Küche ist sauber und hat alles was man so braucht . Das Bett ist groß genug für 2 Personen . Für 5 Sterne leider zu teuer mit zu viel Mängeln . Eigentlich eine schöne wohnung wenn alles in Ordnung wäre .

Hier ein paar Tips an den Hausmeister : Leider kein Fußabstreifer vor der Wohnungstür . Das Licht vor dieser Tür ist unzureichend . Alle Lampen in der Wohnung sollten mal überprüft werden . Kein Licht in der Abstellkammer . Steckdose in der Küche lose . Thermostat in der Küche lose . Dusche unzureichend abgedichtet , Wasser läuft an der Seite raus . Dachfenster im Bad sehr schmutzig . Türklinke im Bad los , rechte Glühlampe für Spiegelbeleuchtung fehlt . Das trübt den ansonsten guten eindruck der Wohnung doch erheblich . Deswegen keine 5 sterne ,vieleicht 3 .

Die Wohnung war eiskalt (nicht geheizt) als wir angekommen sind. Der gute Ausblick war nur möglich wenn man sich in der Küche auf einen Küchenstuhl stellte. Das Wohn-/Schlafzimmer war nicht zu verdunkeln - Jalousie war defekt, Auch nachts Lärm vom Nebengebäude, Sehr viele Treppen

Un joli séjour dans un lieux très confortable.

La taille du logement qui est spacieux, son équipement de cuisine, sa décoration sobre mais moderne, literie impeccable, la vue sur la Lahn, bien refait.

Il manque plusieurs ampoules sur les lampes et dans le frigo. Les joints de la douches sont très noircis. 4e étage sans ascenseur. Il n'y a pas de chaînes de télévision, seulement internet TV.

Niet voor herhaling vatbaar

Prachtige omgeving. Ideale ligging. Mooi uitzicht. Je loopt zo vanuit de accomodatie de boulevard op langs de rivier.

Er was geen bed opgemaakt voor ons kind. Ook ontbrak een matras voor de extra bedbodem om dat zelf te doen. Kind moest dus op de bank slapen Op het eerste gezicht leek het prima totdat het donker werd. Uit alle hoeken en gaten kwamen spinnen het plafond op lopen uit de kieren van het verlaagd plafond, we telden er ruim 30. Met het grote licht aan zagen we hoe vol alles onder de spinnenwebben zat. Hele plafond stofgezogen en de stofzuiger in de gang gezet ter voorkoming dat de spinnen er weer uit zouden lopen. Kind wilde natuurlijk niet meer daar slapen. Bedbodem zonder matras gebruikt met alleen de sprei als onderlegger. Geen privacy meer voor ouders en kind veel te slecht geslapen. Douche heeft een lamme houder dus alles werd gelijk zeiknat toen we die aanzette. Duurt erg lang voordat er heet water komt, warm en koud zijn verkeerdom gemonteerd. Erg verwaarloosde mooie tuin, die een fijne plek had kunnen bieden voor jullie gasten. De perzikboom heeft rijpe vruchten, helaas niet te plukken vanwege de bramen die woekeren. Inkijk, gordijnen van de slaapkamer zijn erg dun, kijk je vanaf buiten zo doorheen. Alle lichten waren te vel. Geen sfeerverlichting. Er is geen lift dus hou rekening met veel traplopen. Er was in de ochtend nergens ontbijt te krijgen, alles was uitgestorven. Op vrijdagavond wascer trouwens ook niet veel drukte of iets te doen. Wel wat eettentjes open maar weinig publiek. In de prijs zit 70 euro aan schoonmaakkosten per nacht inbegrepen. Daar had ik wel wat meer voor verwacht!

Die Wohnung ist zentral gelegen, gut ausgestattet und preisgünstig.

Im Treppenhaus richt es modrig und auch in der Wohnung mussten wir gut lüften, um uns wohlzufühlen.

Nett eingerichtetes, sauberes Appartment. Es stand alles zur Verfügung, was man für eine Woche braucht. Der Vermieter war schnell zu erreichen bei Problemen. Es stand kein TV Empfang zur Verfügung.

Ich habe das Michellus gebucht. Das es in der 4. Etage liegt, ohne Aufzug, hätte man vorher besser erwähnen sollen. Ich bin 66 Jahre jung und stand vor dem großen Problem, mit dem Koffer bis nach oben zu kommen.

Die Bilder sind besser als die Realität

Eigentlich nicht etwas besonders gut.

Nirgendwo steht, dass es im dritten Stock ohne Fahrstuhl ist. Die Bilder von der Wohnung sind allgemein gehalten und zeigen nicht die Wahrheit. Außerdem mangelt es an Besteck, Geschirr, Waschmittel für die Spülmaschine. Plastikgläser komplettieren das Gesamtbild. Für eine hochschwangere Frau mit einem Kleinkind war die Wärme und Lärm unterm Dach schon anstrengend.
