Small independent house in .Située property with garden in a residential and quiet area overlooking the sea, you have a closed parking and a totally separate entrance from the rest of the first propriété.Les beaches are about 1 Km to the center town 2 km. The nearest shops are 600 meters away .The house consists of 2 bedrooms, one with ensuite shower room with WC, they are equipped with 2 double beds (140 and 120 cm) .the kitchen is open the living room that has a fireplace opening onto a veranda overlooking the long .Chaise garden and barbecue are at your disposal in the part of the garden reserved for you and an arbor. You are in the wine region of Bandol with its many wineries, water activities such as diving, sailing, sea trips, etc ... are available in the city center, the golf Frégate is 10 minutes by car the casino is located in the city as well as many restaurant and bar. Bandol located 45 minutes from Marseille and 15 minutes of Toulon is an excellent starting point to discover the region (and Cassis these creeks, the massif of Holy Beaume, the islands of Hyères, Aix en Provence ... .)

The house is in a quiet location and has a beautiful view of the sea and Nicole is a wonderful hostess! We spent two lovely weeks here and enjoyed the spacious terrace and the many beaches in the area, which can be reached in a few minutes by car. Bandol itself is a lovely little town, with a great market and nice restaurants in the area. From here you can explore the whole coast, be it the beaches, Marseille or a hike along the Sentier du Littoral. The only improvement would be a new fridge as the old one no longer works properly. All in all, it's a recommendation!

we had a really great time at this house. The hostesses was super nice and gentle. When we arrived she showed us our place. She and her husband are owning the main house next to the rental. During our stay she gave us a lot of privacy. The house is big enough for two people but we mostly were outside anyways. The Terrasse with the ocean view is perfect. Don’t forget to bring towels and sheets for the bed, those were not offered and we haven’t seen any information about it before our trip so we needed to buy this. In case you like to cook, you might also want to bring a sharp knife. You can walk to the bakery and small supermarket (10min) or to the beach of Bandol (20-25min).
All in all we had a really nice stay. Thank you madame for your kindness and your lovely place.

Nous avons séjourné 3 semaines dans cette maisonnette charmante avec une vue mer époustouflante, nous avons déjeuner et diner sous une tonnelle dans le jardin au calme. les propriétaires sont des gens charmants et serviables. Nous garderons un excellent souvenir et espérons bien y retourner.
