About this apartment rental
Magnificent semi-new ground floor with terrace and direct access to pool (high season) and garden is rented. Two double bedrooms and 2 bathrooms Unlimited parking and Wi-Fi included, Located in a residential area of Salou, next to the beaches and all services.
Independent kitchen with American bar, fully equipped and with nespresso coffee machine, Living room with sofa bed TV smart TV with access to free Netflix and exit to terrace of 18 meters with direct access to communal area with garden and two swimming pools (one for children) a whole Luxury and ideal for children. Air conditioning with heat pump ducts.
Master bedroom for 2 adults with a large bed of 1.60 and brand new mattress and TV. Bedroom 2 with 4 beds. Large car parking included.
At 500 meters from the beach, bus stop 50 meters with stop in Port Aventura and Ferrari land in 4 minutes.
It is only rented to families not to groups of young people, contact better by email.
For stays of less than 1 week consult.

The apartment was excellent , very clean and the air conditioning was fabulous and very much needed as the weather was hot when we were there .There was plenty of space for a family and Netflix was a bonus as was the wifi .It was a bit if a walk to la Pineda which was a nice resort and too far to walk to the main area in salou but we did rent a car and got to see a lot of the surrounding area would recommend doing this but if not the bus stop is really close and they run every 15 . minutes .I would recommend this apartment

Appartement suffisamment grand pour une famille de 5, les 2 salles de bain sont appréciables, la terrasse super sympa à l'ombre et un portillon qui ferme à clé donnant directement accès à la piscine, la clim super et la place de parking dans le garage est vraiment un plus, pas de galère à chercher une place, la voiture est à proximité et en sécurité. La bonne surprise : les jouets pour bébé et la chaise haute. Sans oublier la gentillesse et la disponibilité des concierges qui ont réagi super rapidement à une panne de lave linge. Je recommande vivement cette location à une famille avec enfants où nous avons passé une super semaine avec port aventura à côté.

El apartamento está perfecto, con todos los detalles, camas súper cómodas y el acceso a la piscina desde la terraza es genial para ir con niños, sin duda volveremos!

Hemos pasado unas vacaciones fantásticas, la planta baja súper cómoda sales por la puerta de la terraza directamente al jardín y la piscina da la sensación de estar en una casa con jardín y piscina!!! urbanizacion muy tranquila y familiar pero cerca de todo, puedes ir andando a la playa, Playa Cala cranc maravillosa y playa de la Pineda ideal para los niños nos gustó mucho, todo muy limpio y totalmente equipado, camas muy cómodas y los dueños pendientes a que todo esté correcto , si te lo puedes permitir recomendable, repetimos seguro!!!
