Stayed for 1 night, check in was easy, room was ok. Walking from reception to the room the decor was ok,, noticed each part had different carpets,which were old, worn and looked dirty. The room looked cleaned on entering, the walls needed a new coat of paint due to lots of scuffs, the bathroom looked as if it had new tiles , but the rest needed painting including skirting boards as chipped badly, the paint looks like it has 1 coat of paint in and badly finished, the walls either side of the sink needed washing as there was toothpaste on the wall and other side had drip marks
The water pressure was awful,the shower wasn't much more than a dribble
When looking out the window over the back of the property you could see it needed maintenance, the window paint was cracked and peeling, the gutters needed cleaning , the down pipes paint was badly cracked
When we went down to reception, we waited 10 minutes, there was no one on reception so gave up
Staff interaction was limited but they were nice
For a 1 night stay and basically just some where to sleep it was ok

Good location, very good room size. However carpet are old, walls, windows etc need refurbished. Breakfast is okay but good management may avoid long queues
