About this apartment rental
Bright, recently renewed spacious two-floor 95 square meter (1023 sq ft) apartment facing the bay of Minori. The lower floor is composed of a large sea-front living room with a double sofa bed (width: 1.60 m), a kitchen, a double bedroom and a bathroom. The upper floor is composed of a double bedroom, a single bedroom and a bathroom.
The apartment is next to "Il Sagrato".
The apartment is located on the second floor of "Braschi" Building, a prestigious, historic residence along the seafront of Minori. Despite the lack of elevator, it is easily accessed through a spacious, comfortable staircase of about 50 steps.

• Fully furnished kitchen: fridge, dishes, glasses, eating and cooking utensils, pans, pots and small appliances (e. G., Toaster, orange juicer, microwave oven)

Location and apartment were perfect…take note that there are 71 steps to get there but well worth it.

The location was wonderful. Beautiful view and a nice communal area to gather. Toilet paper, soap and shampoo were in short supply, but the biggest problem was the mattresses. They were probably the most uncomforrtable that I've ever slept on. My brother-in-law said you could chip a tooth on the mattress!

Perfect location. Easy access to beach, shops and transport. Apartment very comfortable and clean. Plenty of room for 5 people. Franco was extremely helpful and very responsive. Would definitely recommend.

Great location and flat. Franco doesn’t have the best people skills but if you can look past that he was easy enough to deal with. He did ask for the tourist tax in cash which I thought was odd. I stayed in 5 other BnBs in Italy and he was the only one who asked for that. Overall it was a good stay.
