About this villa rental
With large pool slide.
Our guests particularly love the outside space at our villa, we have worked hard to make it a very attractive and relaxing place to chill, enjoy the sun and swim in the pool
'Beachside Palace Villa' is very well located for a fantastic family holiday, you are very spoilt for choice when it comes to beautiful sandy beaches. The villa itself is the height of luxury, located in a fantastic location, sea is literally across the road (minor), and less than 400 yards from a series of sandy beaches stretching along Pernera's coast.
For evenings, there are local restaurants within 5 minutes walk, or it's a 15 minute walk to the main restaurant area of Pernera.
We provide access to a very useful private website, this gives walking and driving directions to the best beaches, restaurants and amenities - all marked on a google maps. There are also some great walks along the coastline from the villa, and a family oriented water park in easy driving distance.
Inside you’ll find a very large smart screen TV, many UK channels, many sports channels, many films and a great place to relax.
Modern air conditioning is fitted in all rooms.

Pete the owner was an absolute pleasure to deal with and the property management company were excellent. We had a couple of minor repair issues that were dealt with very efficiently. The Villa is very nice and we enjoyed staying there. Lovely pool area and bright rooms. Location was great, we loved being so close to lovely beaches and a short walk I to town or bus ride into Protaras. The only negative and this is not a reflection on the Villa or host is that there were a lot of building works going on in the street and they were very noisy with drilling and excavating so we had daily disruption. I would expect this will be over soon however and it will enhance the area even further.

We had a brilliant stay at this villa for 10 days at the beginning of September. The location is great, just a few minutes walk takes you to a nearby beach which is quiet and secluded, and there are great shops, restaurants and bars all within walking distance. The villa check in process was super simple and the property owner kept in touch throughout our trip. The villa was clean, modern and had everything we needed to make for a thoroughly enjoyable stay. It also has a brilliant pool which is of really good size with a pool slide that kept ourselves and friends entertained. Overall we had a great stay here and would definitely recommend to anyone staying in Pernera - we would definitely return!
