About this apartment rental
Private suite located on a quiet side street. Dogs are welcome for a $20 per night fee. Private entrance and bath (tub/shower). Dining area, kitchen with Keurig, microwave & mini fridge (will be stocked with breakfast items such as cereals, juice, fruit, yogurt & muffins or doughnuts). 55" smart TV, electric fireplace. Queen memory foam bed, sofa bed. Fenced yard. Village shops and restaurants nearby. Hamilton College 2 miles up the hill. Lovely area to walk (dogs must be leashed & waste removed when outside the suite property). Pets must not be left unattended. Many options for day trips in the surrounding area.

The host was great and the amenities were plentiful. Julie thought of everything. There was a huge snowstorm and she cleared the snow and left us a path to walk in. The place was adorable.

The hosts are very nice people. They even shoveled snow from around our cars. The apartment was well stocked. The only issue is that the property was listed as a 2BR. It’s really a 1BR with a pull out futon in the Living/Kitchen area. So if the BR person wants to stay up and watch tv in the LR they are in the bedroom space of the other party. And the bathroom is off the 1BR so the LR occupant has to walk through the BR to use the bathroom. It’s really not a 2BR and should not be advertised as so.
