As I mentioned, Never again!

The location!

I didn't like a lot of things! 1. Breakfast, eggs-eggs-and again eggs! Guys, for money that we paid, is a shame to have just eggs when is about hot food! 2. Staff, at breakfast we had to wait to be serve, I was in front of her waiting to be served, and she was talking with someone else, she didn't even had the intention to serve me, until I make her an observation!🤦‍♀️🤦‍♀️🤦‍♀️ 3.The lock door was unfuctional, they didn't care at all!!! 4.The shampoo and gel and all you want to use for hair and body, was the same liquid!!!! seriously?! a 4* hotel?! again, is a shame! 5.when we made the reservation, there was mentioned that is included the fee for city tax, 2,50€, after we were charged again! 6.The bill was given in Italian, we didn't understand anything, after finding that there are things that we even didn't ask or have! 7.The staff need review the behavior! (Just the girls from sauna was the only nice person! Will add the picture, when is showing that when we booked, the city tax was included in the room price, when we left, we paid again on hotel! So, conclusion?! Never again!

Totally relaxing

Everything is fine and trouble-free. Impeccable service. Bed/pillow comfort is beyond imaginable. Thoroughly planned and decorated interiors. Breakfast was rich and not annoying for our 5-day stay. Wellness centres is just fine: relaxing pool and sunbeds, delicious energy tea, saunas etc. Everything is close and handy: ski rental across the street, ski school and beginners' slope next door. Overall, Peio resort is more boutique than Passo del Tonale, for instance.

Very good value

Very clean and hospitable although not too many people spoke English they did their best for us all to understand each other and make us feel comfortable. You will need to eat at certain times because the food places close early. They have a restaurant next door with a disco that stays open pretty much all day and later at night.

Beautiful view from the balcony. Wonderful spa which wasn't too busy. Delicious breakfast. Easy access to slopes. Very helpful and friendly staff.

pobyt przyjemny ale do stoku trzeba dojechać autobusem

Informacja na temat sauny była niepełna. Oczekiwałem sauny standardowej suchej a na wyposażeniu apartamentu była sauna infrared. Brak tych informacji w opisie apartamentu spowodował, iż wybrałem droższą opcję przez co straciłem kilka tysięcy złotych. Poza tym opis stoku narciarskiego przy hotelu również wprowadza w błąd, stok narciarski przy hotelu jest dla dzieci. Trasy zjazdowe dla dorosłych są oddalone od hotelu i trzeba dojechać autobusem.

Un sogno ad occhi aperti

Un hotel unico nel suo genere, in una posizione paesaggisticamente meravigliosa, perfetta per chi ama sciare d'inverno e per chi vuole fare passeggiate ed escursioni durante tutto l'anno. Camere accoglienti e pulitissime, con vista panoramica, pavimenti in legno e letti molto confortevoli. Aree comuni e spa altrettanto pulite e ricche di servizi e comforto per potersi rilassare e vivere pienamente il proprio soggiorno. Personale estremamente gentile e riservato. Colazione e ristorante per la cena che offrono prelibatezze del posto, adatte per ogni tipo di persone, gusti ed esigenze, grazie all'attenzione per vegetariani, vegani e ogni tipo di intolleranza e allergia. Sotto ogni aspetto, infine, è una struttura organizzata anche per il massimo rispetto della natura e dell'ambiente. Complimenti! Consigliatissimo.
