The location was incredible. The dramatic entrance through a tunnel into a rock face and then escalator up. Fantastic views and the staff were excellent.
The general decor of the hotel was dated but it did add to the charm and it was very clean with all the facilities we would need.

great location, stunning views, the lift through the rock face was seriously cool.
weird things you would usually expect weren’t included. For example, there was a jug and coffee cups in the room, but no tea or coffee. Toiletries were also limited.
