False advertising and poor conditions of the apartment

- The apartment did not reflect the ad on booking.com - The aircon was extremely mouldy and we couldn't use it to avoid health issues - The bathroom furniture and towel rail were broken - Incredibly noisy building and street - The apartment was not up to good cleaning standards

Great location, very close to the beach Very spacious The terrace was cool Bed was comfortable TV works great Great ammenitines (some water, coffee, tea, kitchen was fully equipped with everything we needed)

The bathroom door handle detached completely when the door was closed, which made using the bathroom quite tricky. It definitely needs to be replaced, as we had to be extremely cautious not to touch it to avoid further damage. All apartments in the building are accessed via a code-based lock system. While the system itself is convenient, it produces a loud noise when exiting, as the door requires a forceful pull to shut properly. Unfortunately, this caused our apartment door to shake every time someone else left their unit, which was quite disruptive.

Inconsiderate

The location

I have an email to confirm the checkout was 11pm but we were told to leave at 11am!! Even when we questioned this they didn’t seem to care this was a mini moon and a surprise to my children and this is the service that was provided

Disrespectful service ruined it for me unfortunately

Very close to the beach, 4 min walk apart tops and big terrace, from which you have a glimpse of the sea. Air-conditioning, boiler work perfectly. Mercadona is in 5 min walk. The fact that it's a self check - in and out is very convinient, I only wish those doors with electronic codes would work unproblematic during my stay.

0 respect for my privacy and space. The owners couldn't access those code doors online and decided they can just show up without an appointment, and walk inside because i didn't open the door right away - i was sleeping. So you could be naked after the shower, sleeping or sitting on a toilet - they won't care, they will walk in on you and not even apologize. Plus thin walls so you can hear everything from other apartments and neighborhood. Wifi was non-existent. Strange chemical smell that other guests mentioned I've noticed too. Short on kitchen utensils.

Exceptional

We stayed in the penthouse, the apartment was great, it had everything we needed. Super clean when we arrived and hosts were very communicative and helpful. The balcony was lovely, had the sun all day and lovely in the evening. Beach was only a few minutes away and shops around open late. Thank you!

Only fault would be the pillows were a bit hard but other than that a great stay !

Water in the sea was cold and dirty. It was studio apartament not one bed apartament. Very expensive. Cockroaches in shower room. Those insects are in the streets as well becouse it's hot. If it will be updated will be very good for 2 persons. Host was helpful.

Small appartement with everything you need for one week. Codes for doors, no keys or cards - that is a very nice and comfortable solution. Very close to the sea. A great market in the neighbor street. Big choise of Restaurants and Cafés

Perfect location near, view on the sea from the balcony. The place was clean and had good kitchen equipment. The apartment was well-equipped, and the bed was very comfortable. There are also a lot of restaurants nearby. Highly recommended.

The apartment was lovely with great location, maybe 5 minutes from the beach and 15 from the city center. The bed was really comfy and nice. The communication with the hosts was great, there were a few issues but they were solved quickly and without any problems.

Great location and apartment for a short stay in Malaga.

Very close to the beach and the location was good. Had everything in the apartment that you needed for a holiday.

there is a bar downstairs and was very noisy during night time. early hours of the morning people started working very early. The microwave needs replacing. There were marks on the sheets and the shower head could not be attached to the wall as the bracket that held it was broken so you had to shower with one hand whilst holding the actual shower. The air con unit only blew out warm air even though it was set all the way to cold.
