This is a sweet small studio, perfect for one or two people. The bed is comfortable, it has air-conditioning, and a decent kitchenette. The balcony is magical, I love the hanging chair! The apartment has a website, it’s easy to use, and has all the necessary information. The location is absolutely not touristy, still close to the metro, so it was easy to get around the city.
The bathroom is very small, and wasn’t as clean as I wished it to be. The fridge is very loud, it was distracting during the night.

The checkin experience was smooth and flawless. Nice modern accommodation provided everything we needed for a comfortable and hassle free stay and not too far from metro station to get into the centre of Athens.

Location. Very close to the metro. Since it is an area for locals prices are less and food quality and ambience good (eating/drinking where the locals go). It's also very quiet and the terrace is huge. Living space is also not bad compared to other major cities and kitchen equipment is okay.
The size of the bathroom is totally impractical. My husband head was touching the ceiling in the shower. If you were on the tall/wide/large side you will not be able to shower or use the toilet comfortably. My husband actually ended up joining the nearby gym for a fee so he could shower there.
Wifi is unreliable so do not plan to rely on it to work for your job for example.
Matress also seemed old and sagging. Could feel all the springs.
