About this chalet rental
This beautiful house is located in a very quiet side street surrounded by pine forests in Novo Sankti Petri. Particularly suitable for 2 families. It is very central. La Barossa beach is 1.5 km away and can be reached on foot in 25 minutes. By car in 5 minutes. The nearest supermarkets Mercadonna, Super Sol and Dia are within 2.5 km to 3.00 km.
You have a 1200 sqm plot completely fenced with your own driveway to the house, large courtyard, fenced swimming pool 4x9 m in size, so that our little guests can play with peace of mind, as well as a large garden with its own lemon and mandarin tree. The house has a living space of 220 square meters and is spread over 2 floors, which are completely separated from each other.
In the lower apartment there is a fully equipped kitchen with an adjoining large dining room and direct access to a covered terrace, on which there is a large table with armchairs. On the ground floor there is also a bathroom and 2 bedrooms, 1 bedroom with a bed 1.60 mx 2.00 m and 1 bedroom with two single beds in 90x 2.00 m.

La casa está genial, ubicada en una zona tranquila pero súper cerca de la playa.
No nos gustó el caudal de agua que había en las duchas... Era un chorrito y costaba ducharse. Los colchones, por lo menos los de la cama de matrimonio de la planta baja, para mí eran muy incómodos. Son de los antiguos esos de muelles y no dormí bien

La estancia y la casa cumplió con las expectativas, la casa es maravillosa. Cambiaría la hora del check out ya que las 10 de la mañana es muy pronto, cuando la entrada es a partir de las 15:00.
Un poco molesto el caballo que tiene el vecino por los ruidos que hace a primera hora de la mañana y, a veces, de madrugada y un gallo que canta muy temprano, aun así, lo disfrutamos mucho.
Recomendaría esta casa sin duda alguna.

Das Haus und die Aussenanlagen sind sehr grosszügig. Die Küche ist sehr gut ausgestattet. Ein wenig störend empfanden wir das Pferd auf dem Nachbargrundstück. Ansonsten kann man hier einen traumhaften Urlaub verbringen.
