Great location - beach at the end of the road and really good restaurants within walking distance as is the weekly market, several supermarkets and the bus stop for Cartagena and La Manga.
Three bathrooms, though the shower cubicle on the ground floor is rather snug.
Well equipped kitchen.
Good secure outside space with parking for two cars. There is also on street parking
We were a group of adults and booked expecting one of the bedrooms to be a twin bedded room as shown in the photographs - this is no longer the case, the bedroom now has a single bed and bunk beds.
The property is a little tired - e.g. water damage has "blown" laminate flooring and bathroom fittings.
Air conditioning isn't available in all the bedrooms.
The two upstairs bathrooms were a tad smelly (drains).
