Private: outdoor shower, public parking 50 m on the road. Supermarket 1 km, restaurant, bar 200 m, bus stop "Laconia Via Monticorru 33" 350 m, sandy beach "La Conia" 5 m. Marina 1.5 km. Nearby attractions: Arzachena 10 km, Porto Cervo 16 km, Palau 13 km, Olbia 25 km. Please note: car recommended.

Dom znajduje się dosłownie na plaży, tuż przy morzu. Obok jest bardzo ładna plaża (zejście po schodkach). Dom ma taras i ogródek, a na piętrze (przy sypialni) jest jeszcze jeden duży taras, na którym przesiadywaliśmy wieczorami. Bardzo czysto i pięknie!

posto incantevole comodità assoluta casa bella e funzionale terrazzo al piano sopra con vista mozzafiato terrazzo coperto all’ingresso vivibile arioso abbiamo sempre mangiato fuori, un’altra cosa apprezzata e non poco la doccia esterna CALDA!!!fantastca...proprietario gentile e simpatico...la mia recensione è positiva al cento per cento

Kleines Strandhaus, ausgestattet mit allem was nötig ist. Wir waren zu zweit, aber es finden bequem 4 Gäste Platz. Zwei großzügige Terrassen mit Blick auf den Strand. Es gibt einen Holzkohlegrill und genügend Mobiliar. Check in und out hat problemlos geklappt. Kommunikation im Vorfeld super.

Casa sulla spiaggia, comoda e accogliente, con una vista spettacolare specialmente dal terrazzo al piano primo! Dotata di tutti i comfort! Abbiamo passato una vacanza super!!!
