Perfect location, close to the cathedral, shops, restaurants. Good equipement.

We were in January, it was cold in the flat, 3 floors with no doors, 1 door to 1 bedroom. One air conditioner on the third floor, not able to heat enough - no door. The air conditionair on the second floor doesn't work - it is in the corridor, not in the room!? Very cold inside during this season, the first night we were without heating, slept with hats! The second evening the owner brought gas for the heater /there was no gas initially/, we put it in the room. Finally the problem was solved - we warmed the room. Thank you, Mister! The bed on the third floor - my children - young boys were there, I'm not sure if it was hot enough - the conditionair is not strong in my opinion. The staircase to the third floor is not comfortable - difficult to go up and down, not large at all.

The location was great and the owner friendly. We had a lot of space. The terrace on the roof was very nice.

The apartment wasn't very clean, but it wasn't terrible. It was hard to leave our car nearby.

The location was very good. We were providing our own breakfast, wich it was perfect for us!

La stanza spaziosa è il terrazzo ottimale per la sera.

La cucina sporca che se la toccavi ti lasciava uno strano appiccicoso addosso. La bratta trovata tra le posate e la sua amica morta nelle scale. L acqua poca di casa ma “ad Ortigia parrebbe che con i turisti l acqua sparisca”
