Nagyon kényelmes, tiszta, tágas, jól felszerelt apartman. A konyhában kávéfőzővel, vízforralóval, kenyérpirítóval, nagy hűtővel, mosogatógéppel. A nappaliban kanapéval, ebédlőasztallal, a hálószobában kényelmes franciággyal, a fürdőben tágas zuhanykabinnal. Kellemes erkély kilátással az óceánra. Nagyon jó volt a mélygarázs a parkoláshoz. Fantasztikus volt a medence, tiszta volt a víze, sok nyugággyal napernyővel, gyönyörű zöldekkel körülvéve. Nagyon kedves volt José aki bemutatta nekünk. Nagyon ajánlom, szívesen megszállnánk itt máskor is.

Parking and the area

Quiet area, local feel.

Shower doesn’t drain properly as mentioned in previous reviews. Windows very dirty and balcony doors don’t all lock. A lot of the apartments seem to be empty, still had to queue to show access cards to use pool each day. Sofa bed in poor condition. Very busy main road outside and construction work ongoing.

Large apartment. Comfortable bed. Two balconies . Very close to São Pedro do Estoril station. The beach is also nearby. The kitchen facilities are good.

Dirty windows when I arrived. I had to clean them. Given that there is a 62€ cleaning charge that is particularly  unsatisfactory. Some windows have damaged glass, which limited the view. The busy road nearby somewhat spoils the balcony experience. It also needs to be crossed to get to the beach.   Most shutters and some windows are not working. Sink plug in Bathroom not working. The shower was not working. Not hot enough. Heater in Bathroom loose, so it either pointed at the ceiling when up or prevented the door opening when down. Light on the hob hood was not working. The washing machine instructions seemed to refer to a different model as there was  No start button visible on the machine. A Random selection of buttons manages to start the machine, but that changes the original setting.  Clothes could be damaged. Also it is very hard to access to put in the clothes. I had to take a picture of the controls in order to read them. Air conditioning did not work. It was cold in the apartment. An extra heater was supplied halfway through the stay. Many refurbishments are needed. Windows, shutters, the bathroom sink is much too low. Sofa is very low and uncomfortable.  Sitting down on it often causes the wooden supporting slats to fall out.
