- Very hospitable. Owners personally welcomed us
- Homely set up. Complete kitchen appliances and utensils. Drinking water available. .Living room and dining with couch, table, TV, lights, Netflix. Airconditioned rooms complete with newly washed pillows and sheets. Toilet has hot and cold shower with toothbrush, toothpaste, shampoo and soap.
- Professional and customer-oriented. Owners reply promptly to queries. Explains house rules and provides written agreement to set expectations right from start.
- Takes time to complete entry requirements with security/guardhouse. This is to be expected in a gated community.

The SM is 3minutes walk and there is a macdonalds near tge guardhouse.
