It consists of two residential units, which are connected by external stairs. One is located on the first floor and the second is spread over the 1st and 2nd floor. The property has a pool and several spacious terraces with panoramic views of the sea and the islands of Brac and Hvar. The 2 km long sandy and pebbly beach is especially popular with families with small children, as the water is shallow and clean. The lively resort of Makarska on the Adriatic Sea has a rich entertainment offer and should definitely be visited. This is because Makarska forms the center of the lively and well-known Riviera, which is about 60 kilometers long and stretches from Brela in the west to Gradac in the east. The Riviera is situated between the slopes of the Biokovo mountain, which is a protected nature reserve, and the sea, which is clear and clean here as hardly anywhere else in the Mediterranean. Besides a rich cultural-historical and historical heritage, the Malacological Museum in the Franciscan monastery has a special charm, it is a unique collection of molluscs from the Adriatic and the oceans of the world.
