La piscine chauffée. Les échanges avec le propriétaire très sympathique. L’équipement du logement. La salle de bain est top. Essayez les bulles de flottaison c’est génial !
Un peu froid dans le logement (c’est l’hiver il faut dire :).

L’emplacement et la réactivité des propriétaires
Les équipements, moderne mais ambiance froide. Peu ou pas de terrasse et proximité direct avec d’autres logements (insonorisation) à travers les murs.
