Good location - Good Appartment

Property was in a great location. We regularly visit the village so we were aware of the where the property is before we travelled. Plenty of additional space, room for bikes or skis depending on season, games room is available which is shared withthe other flats in the property. Good communication with the property management.

Beautiful part of the World well worth a visit.

Great location, nice lttle appartment, good secrity in the building, free washing machine and dryer down stairs. We had room to put bikes downstairs securely.

The appartment was very tight, the loft is better suited to children.

Pobyt udany, ale głównie z uwagi na pogodę. Apartament na ocenę dobrą.

Nasz apartament był dość przytulny, choć stosunkowo mały (co najwyżej dla dwóch osób). Wielka zaletą obiektu jest jego lokalizacja, zwłaszcza dla osób zainteresowanych ośrodkiem Saalbach-Hinterglemm-Leogang-Fieberbrunn. Doceniamy też starania personelu (zarówno tego na miejscu, jak i koordynującego na odległość), żeby nasz pobyt był możliwie udany.

Cena w okresie świąteczne-noworocznym była bardzo wysoka, ale to kwestia wyboru terminu. Natomiast problemem, którego się nie spodziewaliśmy, była niedostateczna liczba miejsc parkingowych, co prowadziło do wyścigów o to, komu uda się zaparkować na wyznaczonym miejscu. Po przyjeździe musieliśmy poczekać na zmianę pościeli, a ponadto nasz pobyt skończył się wcześniej niż planowaliśmy ze względu na awarię ogrzewania i ciepłej wody. Dyskomfort z tego powodu obniżył nam trochę zwrot części kosztów, aczkolwiek nie był to zwrot proporcjonalny.

Fijn appartement, heel handig met sleutelkastje buiten en balkon op het zuiden.

Slaapkamer met allemaal een eigen douche.

Schöner Skiurlaub

Die Unterkunft ist sauber und schön. Ausstattung passt, uns hat nur ein Mülleimer im Bad gefehlt. Handtücher und Bettwäsche werden gestellt. Der Skikeller ist auch top.

Leider kein persönlicher Kontakt zum Eigentümer. Wir haben zu Beginn nur ein kurzes Telefonat geführt um die Schlüssel zu erhalten.

Sehr gut und DANKE an die Vermieter

Die Warmwasserversorgung war durch den Ausfall der Heizungsanlage nicht gegeben. Die Vermieter haben sich sofort darum gekümmert und nach kurzer Zeit gab es wieder warmes Wasser zum duschen.

Es wäre schön, wenn in dem Appertement für eine 6 köpfige Personenzahl mehr verschiedene Gläser vorhanden sind (z.B. fehlten Sektgläser).
