About this house rental
A pleasant vacation cottage with a covered terrace on a park-like property. Rustic, practical furnishings in country style. Crib on request. There are two other cottages IUT223 and IUT224 on the spacious property. The pool area with sun terrace, a tennis court, barbecue and a children's playground are for common use. Fresh vegetables can be harvested from the on-site vegetable garden. And if you don't like to cook, no problem: the owner runs a small ristorante in the main building of the agriturismo. Conveniently located on the outskirts of the village; from here you can reach the nearby Umbrian and Tuscan cities of Perugia, Cortona, Arezzo, Siena and many more in no more than an hour's drive. Castiglione del Lago and lake shore with bathing beach 7 km. Shopping in the hamlet of Pineta 300 m.
