It’s the most picturesque shore, where every morning begins with a walk to a cozy little bakery with freshly baked croissants, and every evening ends with fantastic gelato in unique, surprising flavors. The apartment is full of charm and character, with an old-world interior but all the modern comforts. You can cook real culinary masterpieces with ingredients from local markets, enjoy excellent wines, and relax in comfort even on the hottest summer days. The beaches are just a minute’s walk away, and you can hear the sound of the waves right from the sofa. It's unforgettable. And what makes the stay even more special is the incredibly friendly host — always available, genuinely caring, and full of helpful local tips that make your experience smooth, rich, and truly local. If you're dreaming of not just seeing Italy, but truly living it — this place will stay in your heart.

Gerne immer wieder!
Wir waren bereits das dritte Mal dort. Sehr netter Vermieter. Schöner Ort. Der Balkon mit Blick auf den Gardasee wunderbar. Es gibt jetzt sogar einen Parkausweis für´s Auto.
... na die Küche kommt so langsam in die Jahre, aber der Kühlschrank ist groß, Herd und Ofen funktionieren tadellos...

Schöne. geräumige Ferienwohnung in hervorragender Lage
Geräumige Wohnung in einem gepflegten Haus, gut ausgestattet, Küche mit allem, was nötig ist. Großes Bad mit Tageslicht, sehr sauber. Vom Wohnzimmer und Balkon schöner Blick auf den See, von diesem nur durch eine schmale Anliegerstraße und ein Ferienhaus-/Gartengrundstück getrennt. Im Ortsteil Villa gibt es gute Restaurants, besonders schön ist es am kleinen Hafen. Dort auch kleiner Feinkost- und Bäckerladen. Badestrand (Liegen und Schirme gegen Gebühr) nur ca. 100m entfernt, es gibt auch kleine freie Zugänge zum Wasser.
Auf der Rückseite (Schlafzimmer) hört man den Verkehr von der ein Stück entfernten Gardesana Ovest, bei geschlossenem Fenster (und nächtlichem Lüften über das Wohnzimmer) für uns aber kein Problem.
