Apartments ONE PALM

The apartment is located on the ground floor of a family house and offers a beautiful view of the sea and the island of Brač. The entire apartment is very well equipped, clean, and well maintained. Everything looks almost brand new and is exactly as shown in the photos.

Although the location is clearly indicated when booking and the apartment is not particularly far from the beach, the property is situated on a fairly steep hill. Because of this, we found it necessary to use the car when going to the beach or to the shops. Another downside is that the beach in Podstrana itself is rather disappointing and a large part of it is occupied by hotel. The only available sunbed has been offered by hotel only as part of packages combined with a meal or access to the wellness facilities, bringing the price to around 55 EUR per person, under the condition that you have to rent at least two as one umbrella covers two sunbeds, so 110 EUR minimum what is ridiculous.

The appartment is clean, confortable, with an excellent view. The neighbourhood is calm and safe. The people in charge of the appartment are a great family that lives in the same building. I do recommend it.
