Отличные апартаменты! 2 спальни с хорошими кондиционерами, в гостиной мощный вентилятор. Хозяйка на связи в вотсап! Своя парковка! До пляжа Перейбер 5 минут на машине, рядом супермаркет. Плита, духовка, посудомойка, холодильник, стиральная машина. Посуды достаточно и для еды и для готовки.
Нет стола в гостиной для еды. Неудобный стационарный стол, с очень неудобнымии высокими стульями. На балконе хороший большой стол, стулья, но там жарко.

Byt je hezký, dobré místo i personál byl moc milý a opravdu se snažili. Ale byt by po letech používání potřeboval refresh a nějaký generální, detailní úklid. Už vypadal trošku unavený.
Celková "únava" ubytování, chtělo by to trošku detailnější úklid.

Gute Lage, freundliches Personal, sehr gute und ausführliche Kommunikation mit der Verwaltung. Schöner und großzügiger Wohnbereich und Balkon.
Eine Renovierung muss, insbesondere im Bad und bei den Klimaanlagen, aus unserer Sicht erfolgen. Badezimmer entsprach nicht den Bildern und hatte, wie auch beide Schlafzimmer Feuchtigkeitsprobleme. Preis/Leistung stimmte aus unserer Sicht daher leider nicht.
