A delightful one bedroom apartment right in the front line in Sumartin Harbour area.Literally 20 yards from the beach.Very comfortable, excellent facilities large bedroom, living area,,well equipped kitchen,good bathroom, very clean and tidy. Has a balcony view over looking the small beach area,great for relaxing and watching the world go buy.Would be very happy to use again if in Sumartin, owner very easy to deal with and friendly.

The apartment was perfect - clean, spacious, very well equipped. Barefoot walking distance to nice small town beach.
Host was super, gave us a lot of valuable info, whenever we asked.
Sumartin is a small town, so do not expect parties or nightlife, but still has couple of good restaurants, small grocery store, very good bakery and places (and beaches) to walk around and enjoy.

Nice and spacious apartment, had everything we needed, very well equipped kitchen, big bedroom. Little beach right outside the door. Very helpful and lovely host.

Smooth check in process, great location, excellent host. The apartment was clean, with well equipped kitchen, tv, clima device. Car parked just below the apartment in the shadow. Everything worked perfect. The location is much quieter compared to Bol, would recommend it for families with children. The first beach is only a few feet away.
There is a church nearby, which can wake you up with its bells ringing in the morning or in the evening, if you are not a deep sleeper. We did not have issues with it but it might wake up small children.
