    stayed there one night back in July. - staff is very friendly and helpful - large room, well equipped - not far from city center - breakfast is basic but sufficient - super market right around the corner - no elevator

    +Kind, helpful, welcoming staff with good English speaking skills. +Stayed for 8 nights. Easy check-in and check-out process. A good central location for getting around town by foot or using rideshare. The owner helped me locate a good scooter rental shop and was able to get a good price (low season). +AC worked well, plenty of outlets and good night time lighting in the room and bathroom. +I am 200cm tall so I especially enjoyed the extra high sink in the bathroom…usually I have to bend over significantly. +Near busy streets for traffic and can hear it in the morning, but at night I did not notice sound especially with AC on. +Rooms were quiet, comfortable, and clean with daily hospitality at a high standard. Lovely garden and shaded parking. + A basic, good sized room with balcony and good natural window lighting during the day. +Good wifi coverage even at peak usage. +Good water pressure in shower with hot water +Comfortable, large, extra firm bed +Refrigerator (biggest one I have seen in Thailand…the size of 2 mini fridges) +Good value for the money and I would stay again. +When I asked for information about hiring a driver to take me to my next destination of Lampang the owner graciously offered to take me himself for a lower price. -No kettle in the room but hot water, instant coffee and tea by reception Neutral-There are stairs but they have rooms located on the first floor off of the lobby
