The renovation works of the building are in progree. To apologize for small but inevitable inconveniences and limited view, we are applying very advantageous prices. We therefore invite you to take advantage of this opportunity.

a few steps from the Vatican Museums and the Sistine Chapel, we offer you a beautiful and bright 120m2 apartment elegantly renovated and tastefully furnished.
It is located in an ancient building with lift and consists of:
1 large entrance,
1 large living room with fireplace and dining area with table and chairs,
1 large bedroom with double bed,
1 large bedroom with double bed or 2 single beds,
1 single room with comfortable French bed (140 cm),
1 large full bathroom with bidet ans shower, the tub you see on the picture is possible to use only as shower,
1 full bathroom with bidet and shower,
1 large kitchen equipped with dining area. The apartment is made even more welcoming by a warm parquet.
Peaceful view partly on a pleasant internal garden and partly on a quiet side street.
42 "satellite TV, free internet wifi, iron and ironing board, hairdryer, washing machine, dishwasher, Nespresso coffee machine, kettle, toaster, microwave.
Sheets and towels provided.
Final cleaning is included in the price.
The piano you see in the photos is not in tune, it is a piece of furniture.
From 1 to 5 beds + cot for babies under 3 years of age (on request: supplement of 5 euros per day to be paid on arrival).
The price varies according to the number of people.
A number of beds equal to the number of people who have booked will be prepared.
Tourist tax: € 6,00 per night per person over 10 years.
The tourist tax is paid only for the first 10 nights.
The tourist tax is paid in cash on arrival.
The apartment is at your entire and exclusive disposal.

Stayed for 5 nights in october, family of 4 with 2 teenagers. The area is great, close to Vatican, walking distance from fontana di trevi, many restaurants, bars, shops and two supermarkets.The apartment is very nice, super clean and has all the necessary amenities. Beds are very comfortable.The downsides are that maintenance could be better. The front door to the building has a bad lock so you sometimes need to jiggle the key for a few minutes to get in. The elevator is old and dangerous. Normally we wouldn't use it, but my son was temporarily disabled on crutches. Upon arriving he got stuck in the elevator for 15 minutes which was very stressful and the rest of the days I had to piggyback him upstairs. Using the stairs is not really an issue for healthy individuals, but if you have trouble climbing the stairs for one floor then beware.Other than that the dishwasher does not really clean the dishes, they come out dirty as they came in and with a coat of powdery residue.The washer also doesn't really work. the centrifuge doesn't work at all and the one time I used it, it also did not drain the water, so the kitchen was flooded when I opened the door. Since the floors are wooden I had to do an SOS operation. Eventually our clothes ended up soaking wet and there's no dryer.But what really differentiates between vacation rentals is the quality of the host. This is where Roberta shines. She handled the issue like a champ. Overall we enjoyed our stay. Would book again.

After spending 4 nights in Amalfi and 3 in Tuscany with our family of 5 adults, I was looking for an inexpensive spot in Rome to sleep 5 adults, 3 of whom would only be there for one night. It was easy to walk to the Vatican City but we usually ended up taking a taxi back to the condo when we ventured into the ancient city. The walls were dirty and the furnishings were very tired. Roberta was a pleasure to work with and very responsive to my questions. We found some good family restaurants in the area - Ristorante La Piccola Toscana and Il Panzotto, but Taverna Trilussa in Trastevere was the most memorable meal! Make a reservation well ahead of time!
