About this apartment rental
Time to relax after a very trying time. This is where you can getaway to recover. The beach, Lake Michigan, and pool are right outside your door.
Buddy and Holly's Penthouse was designed to give larger families or small groups the very best experience South Haven can offer. Our condo is part of the North Shore Condominiums which is the prime location in South Haven for beaches, parks, and festivals.
Minimum of 7 day rentals required by law.
Our third floor condo was completely remodeled last year, creating an open living room and kitchen space to maximize our incredible lake view. It is one of only 16 units which are lake front. Our master on-suite bedroom includes a Sealy king bed with Sealy ease adjustable base. The second bedroom has two queen beds and access to a Jack and Jill bathroom with Jacuzzi tub / shower combination. Our other sleeping area includes two twin built in beds, a cool spot for kids or teens to sleep with a bit of privacy with prime access to the Jack and Jill bathroom. The main living area features comfortable seating, open access to the kitchen with built in dining table and bench seating, all focused on our lake views.
You will have complete access to the entire unit and all association common areas.
While I will not be onsite during your stay, I am a phone call away 24X7. We have friends that are on call locally to assist you with any issues.
Our house manual will be provided in the unit for your convenience.

This is a very updated, well equipped, adorable little two bedroom condo right on the beach. The beach was private, so not crowded at all. There is storage under the deck for beach stuff which was extremely convenient. The pool was heated and perfect for us on days that the lake was cooler. We enjoyed coffee on the patio each morning, and wine on the patio again each night watching the sunsets. We made use of the barbecue facilities a couple of times, but generally just walked the short walk to town for meals. Our 5 and 7 year old grandchildren loved the sleeping cubbies! 6 of us stayed here, and 2 of us stayed down the hall and we were all able to fit around the table for meals and games. This was the perfect get away for our family!
Only possible downside for others to consider is that this is on the 3rd floor with no elevator. Lots of stairs, but for us, that helped to justify an additional onion ring or two at Clementine’s!

We loved our week at Buddy and Holly’s Penthouse. The condo was perfect for our large family and friends with sleeping space for 8 and a huge dining table and couch. It was the perfect blend of large common spaces for everyone to eat and play games and nice bedrooms to have some space to get away! The condo also included everything we needed to cook dinner each night.
But, the best part is the view. The large windows looking out over the lake are just beautiful.
The property also has a wonderful community pool, deck space, and beach.
Highly recommend and looking forward to returning again!

Great property right on the beach and with a pool. Short walk or drive (we had small kids with us so the walk was a little too much for them) to downtown. Lots of good restaurants and shops. Coffee shop nearby open part of the week. Condo was the perfect size for the 5 of us and had everything we needed!
