The detached, about 70 m² large 3½-room house "Carpe Diem" is situated in a quiet and sunny low altitude position about 1 km from the town center of Brezzo with its shops, bars and restaurants. In about 1.5 km away, there is a tennis court (for a fee) in the Belmonte resort, as well as a beautiful swimming pool with children's pool. The use of the pool is free of charge and taking into account the weather of approx. Mid May to approx. Possible at the end of September (the key can be found in the house). The tastefully furnished house was renovated in 2015 and offers you an inviting outdoor area with a ca 30 m² corner terrace and a 700 m² enclosed garden.
