About this apartment rental

Tignes Val Claret: Residence "Chalet Club (Val Claret)", 5 storeys. In the complex: lift, storage room for skis, central heating system. Supermarket 200 m, restaurant 100 m, bus stop 200 m, indoor swimming pool 2.2 km. Sports centre 800 m, skisport facilities 150 m, ski bus stop 10 m, ski school 200 m. Please note: ski bus (free of charge).
1-room apartment 16 m2, on the ground floor. Living/dining room with 1 pull-out bed (2 pers. 2 x 80 cm), flat screen. Entrance hall with 1 bed (80 cm). Kitchenette (4 hot plates, electric coffee machine, combination microwave). Shower/WC. Balcony, south facing position. Facilities: Internet (WiFi, extra). Please note: smoke alarm.

Cheap for a reason
A basic, no frills chalet. The smallest chalet I've stayed in Tignes over the years. Heating and hot water always available. But, main electric switch repeatedly tripped when used a combination of rings on the electric hob. Not very well equipped kitchen. Shower is small and easy to knock the on/off/hot/cold lever. Bedding is blankets only (no duvet) and are very itchy. Ensure you have other bedding.

Equipement ancien, literie tachée et absence d'alèse de propreté, ménage très superficiel, pas de chauffage à l'arrivée, absence d'appareil de chauffage dans l'entrée et convecteur pas performant à la sdb, nécessité de relaver les éléments de cuisine avant utilisation. Lunette WC à changer.
