Great visit, check in was easy and straightforward. Ideal location for us with 10 minute walk to the beach, which was beautiful.

Soggiorno veramente ottimo in questa casa. E' ristrutturata in stile moderno esattamente come si vede in foto con due camere, bagno e zona giorno con divano-letto. Sono presenti 2 condizionatori Daikin di ottimo funzionamento.
Posizionata vicino a ristoranti, supermercati e mercato perfettamente raggiungibili a piedi. Il mare si raggiunge a piedi in 10-15 minuti anche se le spiagge di Porto Sant'Elpidio hanno molti sassolini.
Per chi volesse uscire la sera deve spostarsi verso San Benedetto del Tronto per trovare il classico intrattenimento serale da mare.
Proprietario molto cordiale e disponibile ad apportare miglioramenti alla proprietà.

La casa è esattamente come presentata. È in una posizione molto tranquilla ma da dove si può raggiungere qualsiasi spiaggia e località del litorale in pochi minuti di macchina. Gli interni sono nuovi e l’ambiente è molto pulito. Ci sono anche due climatizzatori all’interno che abbiamo molto apprezzato. La proprietaria è estremamente gentile e disponibile. Nelle vicinanze passa la ferrovia ma grazie agli infissi nuovi noi l’abbiamo notato appena e non ci ha assolutamente disturbato. Consigliata soprattutto per famiglie.
