Other than a very minor issue with the ice maker, this place was just about perfect. The photos shown are quite accurate. With the bedrooms and full bathrooms upstairs and the common areas, including a 1/2 bath, all on the main level, it's perfectly set up. The A/C worked very well; so refreshing when returning from hours at the beach. My friends and I have a blast and would highly recommend to others.

Condo had everything we needed and was very clean. Views are amazing from the balcony. Loved the convenience of how close we were to the beach, especially with a child.

The location is great. Very close to the pool and beach access. The kitchen is well stocked. The 3rd bedroom that says twin, actually has a trundle bed so there are 2 beds in that room.
The place needs to be updated. There are some cracked, loose tiles on the stairs. The place has no beach towels. The front door handle is loose. The guest room queen bed sags/dips, very uncomfortable. They need a new hot water heater. We had 2 adults and 2 kids and never had enough hot water. We would shower the kids and then have to wait for the adults to take showers. Also, the shower pressure is not great. There is only 1 parking place and very limited guest parking. We had to park our second car in a spot and not move it because everyone was trying to find guest parking and there is just not a lot at the complex.
