Very nice and cosy apartment.

A very nice apartment. Everything you need is in here including a draw that contains lots of DIY tools which was great as I had a couple of problems with one of my cameras and was able to use some of the tools provided to fix it. The apartment was lovely and warm with a thermostat to control the heating just at the back and to the side of the TV. We didn't cook but the kitchen contained everything you would need if you did want to prepare your own meals. There is an allocated parking space in the apartment blocks car park.

The apartment is up a gentle hill about 5 minutes walk from the main road in the town. It wasn't a problem for us but is something to be mindful of if you have difficulty walking. I don't really have anything negative to say as we really enjoyed our stay here.

Relaxing

Spacious, the view, garden, tranquillity, the parking lot, the area and location.

To improve: 1) status of appliances: microwave didn’t work, the refrigerator has a broken door, the hairdryer didn’t work on high 2) quality of towels: the towels were worn out and insufficient for two people, there was only a tiny towel for the hands. 3) in the kitchen sink the plug was missing 4) wardrobe: the one in the entry hall also contained the vacuum cleaner and the cleaning tools, which is not hygienic, the one close to the bed didn’t not open. 5) information about recycling rubbish was not clear 6) the welcoming as only in French: it can be a problem if you don’t know the language. 7) the Wi-fi has a weak signal on the room.

Beautiful location

Key collection was easy. The location was great. The communal facilities (pool and sauna) were nice (open 10am - 8pm)

The twin single beds were pushed together and difficult to seperate (due to a double mattress stored underneath). This is better suited as a double room than a twin.

Un studio bien agréable

C est la deuxième fois que nous venons à rosat 3. C est un studio agréable et surtout tres propre. La vue y est magnifique. La piscine est un plus ainsi que la salle de sport, et le sauna . Il y a énormément de balades autour.

Il faudrait juste un pieds pour pouvoir orienter la télévision vers la salle à manger.

L appartement est bien situé géographiquement. Il est facile d accès. Il est très propre et fonctionnel. Nous avons pu profiter de la piscine. Nous avons passé un excellent séjour. nous reviendrons.
