Near the famous Maldives of Salento and the white beaches of Pescoluse, is located 50 meters from the pebble beach, where you can access with a private walkway. Entirely clad in local stone, in excellent condition. On two floors, both with air conditioning. It equipped with an alarm system.
The villa has on the ground floor of one large room with one double bed and one single bed, 1 full bathroom with shower, a spacious living / dining room with 1 single bed and two sofas, a fully equipped kitchen and a comfortable closet / pantry with large chest freezer, washing machine, sink, microwave and other appliances.
ON REQUEST the basement is available with 3 more bedrooms and 1 full bathroom with shower with a supplement of 30% of the rent.
Wide open spaces and a large garden with lunch / dinner outside in the large table under the arcades (150 sqm) enjoying the view and the smell of the sea. Gas barbecue you can grill in the garden.
Private parking with two covered parking spaces and more parking places. Breathtaking sea view.
Outdoor shower with hot / cold water.
Mosquito nets on all windows and doors. Possibility to rent linen and towels.

Bella proprietà, ordinata, pulita con tutto (e anche di più) ciò che serve per vivere comodamente. Ottima accoglienza.
Accesso al mare solo con scarpette e mare calmo.

dal lago di Como la strada è lunga..ma il posto ripaga ampiamente! la casa è piu bella di come appare nelle foto
il verde attorno e il mare davanti sono un incanto.
i proprrietari gentilissimi ci hanno accolti come si accolgono gli amici.Un grazie a Bartolo per i buonissimi ricci che ha pescato per noi. le spiagge vicine, in particolare Felloniche,ci hanno permesso piacevoli nuotate in mare calmo anche in giornate ventose, quando il mare antistante la casa era poco praticabile. Siamo stati più volte in Salento ,bellissimo sempre! Soggiornando qui l'ho trovato ancora più bello

Wir verbrachten drei wunderbare Wochen in diesem tollen Haus. Es liegt traumhaft nahe am Meer, der Blick vom Wohnzimmer und den Terrassen ist traumhaft. Das Haus, vor allem auch die Küche ist top ausgestattet und sehr, sehr sauber und gepflegt. Für Rückenkranke befinden sich im Haus gute Matratzen zum erholsamen schlafen. Zudem wird es von sehr herzlichen, hilfsbereiten und freundlichen Besitzern geführt. Hat man Fragen oder benötigt etwas, sind sie für einen da.

Siamo stati ospiti nella casa di Anna e Bartolo, gentilissimi , dal 15 al 22 agosto 2015.
Siamo una famiglia di 5 persone adulte .
La villa e' davvero splendida , molto grande e confortevole.
È immersa nel verde , a pochi metri da una spiaggia di sassi raggiungibile da una stradina privata.
Tanto spazio all' aperto per fare un barbecue , godere della vista del mare e respirare i profumi della macchia mediterranea .
A poco più di un chilometro i paesini di Torre Vado e San Gregorio con negozi e ristoranti .
Ottimo punto di partenza per visitare le meraviglie del Salento .
