In a beautiful place in the green between Rome and Tuscia on Lake Bracciano within the Regional Natural Park of Bracciano Martignano.
Inside, the 62 m2 structures are airy and bright, equipped with:
· Kitchen with kitchenette / oven and dishwasher;
· Fridge;
. Air conditioning in the bedroom;
· Washing machine;
· Coffee / cappuccino machine;
Large balcony from where you can enjoy a suggestive glimpse of the lake.
The apartments are located in the center of the village, more precisely 50 meters from the Piazzetta del Comune.
The accommodations are located near: pubs, restaurants, bar-patisseries, ice cream parlors and the hypermarket.
Sleeps maximum 4 (Four):
· Two in the master bedroom
· Two in the large sofa in the living room.
The houses are furnished and cared for down to the smallest detail and are equipped with everything you need including sheets and a set of towels.
The residence enjoys a privileged position to reach the sailing clubs by bike and / or on foot for mooring the sailboat or bathing beaches.
Outside 2 (two) uncovered private parking spaces.
We also point out that on site you can rent a large catamaran with its skipper where you can spend a day lulled by the waves of the lake.

I highly recommend Andrea's apartment in the center of this lovely village on Lake Bracciano. From the initial contact through the end of my stay, Andrea was in frequent communication. He offered many recommendations for things to do and places to eat and even offered to take me to the grocery store on my first day in town!
From the bedroom window you can see Lake Bracciano over the ceramic tiled rooftops. Within 1 minute you are in the piazzetta and within 2 you are at the lakefront where you can walk along the water in either direction. There are literally dozens of restaurants within close walking distance and any kind of store you might need (including banks with ATMs and pharmacies). You can also catch a shuttle bus at the piazzetta to get to the other big towns on Lake Bracciano and, during the summer, there is also a passenger boat you can take.
This is an amazing place to spend time away from the hustle and bustle of the city in the warmth of the sun surrounded by historical buildings and ruins, near a national park, by the water, and close to great food. In the summer you can enjoy the water and beach, including various water sports, but I loved it in the quiet days of late spring.

Spotlessly clean apartment with one bedroom and nice big balcony. Location is excellent next to piazza. Few minutes from beach and all services. Suits well for a family as baby equipment was provided. Thank you for a great stay.
