About this villa rental

The house is located 100 meters from the beautiful beaches of Salento in Torre Specchia Ruggeri (LE) suitable to accommodate 8 to 13 people. It consists of 4 bedrooms (4 double beds and 3 single beds), a large living room with TV and double sofa bed, kitchen with all appliances (fridge, oven, stove, dishwasher, etc.), two bathrooms with shower , laundry with washing machine, 300 sqm garden for the exclusive use of guests with gazebo, barbecue, sink, shower with hot water, parking for 3 cars. The fully fenced villa is particularly suitable for families with children. The proximity to major points of interest within walking distance in less than 3 minutes (beach, restaurants, convenience stores, bars, etc.) make it essential to use the car for a relaxing holiday

We stayed at the end of March and had mainly cold weather which is unfortunate but, the house was very cold and it took hours and hours to warm up. One of the bedrooms in the lower house never got warm. We travelled as a family group of seven and it was very difficult with the showers as the water tank was so small only one person could have a shower in the morning and one in the evening. The shower didn't drain properly so each shower in either the ground or below ground floor would flood. Due to the cold temperature it wasn't easy to get it to dry out. Despite these issues which hopefully the owners could fix, the house had comfortable beds, nice external spaces to sit and it was located a short walk from the beautiful sea.
