Villa Angela

If you are staying in Seminyak, the location is excellent - you'd need to travel out by car anyway - as it is near most of Seminyak's interesting spots. Instructions were clear and Kadek, the manager was on hand to welcome us, and responsive to most of our requests. The villa is a bit dated - toilet drainage could be better, there were a number of bugs which led to two of us being bitten a lot (but they changed the bedsheets for us very quickly, which was excellent service), the water dispenser had a broken cold water button, etc. Having a small pool was great and an enclosed space to ourselves. There was apparently a 24/7 guard on the outside. Everyone of the staff was friendly. Overall the pricing was very reasonable. The pictures do look a little brighter than the actual place.

The breakfast was a little ridiculous. We were out early most mornings but for one morning needed two portions of breakfast. It was IDR 120,000 (approx £5) a set, which consisted of two extremely simple slices of toasted white bread with butter spread on it, and a portion of two eggs (one set scrambled, one set fried but not even with a proper yolk). This was their "continental breakfast". There was a small portion of fruit to be fair. But to be honest, this wasn't much help as we could have done it ourselves - and for that price it was a little unreasonable. We didn't bring much cash, which they kept insisting on, and had to scramble to do a bank transfer. I felt that was a little strange as I booked through booking.com so presumably there could have been a way to charge this beside cash? The neighbours were probably having "raves" or parties - which wasn't quite the property's fault but I could hear loud laughter and screams at 2am on a Sunday.

The villa was spacious and relaxing. We felt at home right away. It was wonderful to have our own little space to come back and relax.

The aircon light was very bright in the main room when turned on at night. . Thankfully it was cool enough to sleep with it off. Other than that is if I had any questions the manager was quick to answer.

We loved that our children had fully seperate rooms and bathrooms. The rooms were air conditioned and clean. Great location, close enough to the main part of Seminyak but not right in the busy parts. Daily service was excellent.

The water cut off a couple of times but was fixed immediately. You can call the guy at the front and he is really prompt.

Le logement au coeur l'effervescent (restaurants, plages, boutiques spécialisées, superette...) quartier Kerobokan est vraiment facile à trouver.C'est la maison de vacance idéal tout est à porter de pied... Nous avons pu déposer nos bagages bien avant 15h00, alors que les agents étaient en plein nétoyage. Le personnel était vraiment content de nous recontrer. Coeur sur eux

Les photos qui ont motivé mon booking de 15 jours, ne reflètent pas du tout le logement que nous avons découvert. Une des chambres avait clairement des soucis d'humidité, la peinture cloquai à certain endroit, bien caché car derrière la garnde tete de lit. Les salles de bains portaient des traces de moisissures. Même les murs exterieur et le bord de la piscine était noir de moisissure...Ma chambre sentais l'humidité à plein nez dès mon entré la 1ère fois. Nous sommes rester dans ce logement car difficile de trouver un logement pour 6 au pied levé et nous n'étions pas sure de pouvoir se faire rembouser. Il est impératif de faire rafraicchissement et de ne plus utiliser les photos de la livraison de la maiosn d'il y a plusieurs années. Le personnel étaient très adorables, disponibles, présents mais discrets, ce qui nous a fait oublié les défauts de la maison.
