Alsol Los Caribes 2 - Adults Only

We stayed at this accommodation for a full 16 nights, and the price was completely reasonable. At check-in, we were able to enter our apartment directly by phone and only had to wait 15 minutes for a very friendly man to arrive and briefly confirm everything. ​My conclusion at this point: ​It was simply amazing: we had a terrace with a beautiful, large palm tree right in front of us and could see the sea from three sides. The apartment was very clean upon check-in, and every two days a cleaner came around noon, cleaned the place quickly, and provided us with fresh towels. There were two different cleaners who alternated, and both were really very nice and accommodating. The air conditioning was like new and very effective. We had a microwave, a stove, a blender, a kettle, a very clean fridge, and of course countless cooking utensils. The bathroom with the shower was also very pleasant and clean, and the bed in particular was ultra-comfortable. We had an iron and a hairdryer, but unfortunately no washing machine. Upon request, we could have used a washing machine at another complex, but that was a few hundred meters away. We had good internet and a modern TV—everything your heart could desire. ​The location is very central, only a one-minute walk to the promenade and two minutes to the main beach. A few more minutes to supermarkets and large shopping malls. ​We were really very satisfied with our vacation and are considering coming back next year. ​We give this accommodation 9 out of 10 stars, and that's only because we didn't have a washing machine, which is extremely important for a longer stay. Otherwise, it would have been a 10 out of 10.

Location, clean, pool area was quiet, amenities nearby. Patio had both shade and sun.

AC wasnt cold in our apartment but was in others. Hot water didnt last long in the morning but much better in the afternoon.

Location and how clean it was

Customer service the worst I've ever experienced very aggressive made feel like they don't want you staying there, no privacy. Cleaner opens door every morning before 9am.
