About this villa rental
Our villa is located in a quiet cul de sac on the prestigious community of Hampton Lakes. Less than 15 minutes to Disney, the villa is ideally located for theme parks, shops, restaurants and golf courses. If you are looking for a spacious villa with privacy, look no further. There is over 2800 sq. ft. of living space comprising 5 bedrooms, 4 bathrooms, 2 separate lounges, modern fully equipped kitchen and full size pool table. If you are a golfer there is a couple of sets (maybe not top class) Free WI-FI, Five TV.s, If you have a fire stick take that with you and you can link into your home favourites. Or just choose a book from the selection in the villa and relax by the pool. The barbecue and covered lanai are very popular for that evening al fresco dining, especially as the sun deck area has been greatly extended and the pool, deck and lanai are not overlooked. The villa is located within 5 minutes of interstate 4, giving access to all of the theme parks and the beautiful gulf beaches, the villa is also ideally located for numerous golf courses and shops. We just want you to enjoy the villa and the surrounding areas and have a great vacation.

We have had a lovely stay at this villa in Florida. Four adults and two children. There was everything we could possibly need, particularly happy with the surround for the pool that stopped our one year old falling in. We were very comfortable here . The communication with the owner was excellent. Kath was very approachable and answered any queries very quickly.

Communication with the host was excellent. The villa was very spacious and comfortable. Could use a bit of upgrading of some of the blinds. Unfortunately when we were there the weather was unusually cold so we couldn’t enjoy the pool as much as we wanted even though it was heated. Great villa for families.

I have nothing but praise for the house and hostess Kath! Complete house with everything my family needed, very clean and organized. Kath always answered me and clarified any doubts we had. Will definitely return for future vacations.
