About this house rental
Charming vacation home with large private pool. Within a radius of only 10 km you will find the Pont du Gard aqueduct bridge, the Gardon gorges and the village of Remoulins, and less than 25 km away the beautiful cities of Uzès, Avignon and Beaucaire. In the beautifully maintained garden you will find a pleasantly shaded summer kitchen with barbecue, grill plate and oven. Because this region can get very warm in the summer, air conditioners in the bedrooms ensure a comfortable room temperature. It is perfect for a couple with children.
From the kitchen, children have access to the mezzanine (maximum ceiling height of 1.60) with a double bed and a playroom, and bedroom 2 with 4 beds. A game of petanque is at your disposal. The pool can be heated on request and for a fee from mid-May to mid-October (to be specified 15 days before arrival).
The owners live in the house next door, but are very discreet. You must cross bedroom 2 to get to bedroom 3, which has no door.
An hour from the Mediterranean beaches (8 km easily accessible by highway), a village between the Rhône valley and the lower reaches of the Gardon, Théziers is dominated by the silhouette of its church in the heart of orchards and vineyards. Ride the GR42 between Montfrin, Comps, Domazan, Saze and Rochefort du Gard, celebrate the village festival in early September and enjoy the fresh products of the typical local weekly market. In Domazan, the Château de Bosc houses the Children's Museum, a unique place for boys and girls aged 4 to 12.
In Uzès, 30 minutes away, a fantastic medieval town, the Bonbon Museum is worth a visit.
Technology fans will be happy at the Lédenon race track, 14 km away, with a driving course or a ride in your own car.
