Hotel Rozálka

Great location, beautiful surroundings and very quiet. Everything worked well. Breakfast was average. Would definitely return.

The property is very nice situated outside of Pezinok surrounded by nature.

The biggest problem is in the restaurant. Staff is miserable, slow and they look like they do not want to be there. It is mediocre food with high prices. After waiting for ketchup for 10 minutes(empty restaurant) they still have guts to charge for extremely small amount 2 eur- seriously, absolutely outrageous. Mixed drinks are overpriced and not good at all. Restaurant is a waste of time and money. Breakfast are equally bad; bread, eggs - very basic, but ok, there is something you can choose from but the sour-faced staff makes it even worse. Shame, we would come back, but restaurant is a big no-go!!

The family room was big. I liked the service people

The fact that the kids outdoor playground was closed. It was the main reason we stopped there, so kids could play outside in the hotel we were staying. In one of the nights there was a lot of wind and you could hear it blow in the roof.. not sure why .. but it was ok

Nice location of the hotel, facilities and restaurant with good breakfast and meals.

I was totally missing small fridge in the room, modern television and channels and some things were quite used as shower head, some furniture and sink battery. For the price I would expect more comfy rooms, it was more like a hostel than a hotel.
