About this villa rental
We purchased the villa in summer 08 to compliment our other property Villa Lemone (CY1103) which is 400m away. The villa underwent extensive refurbishment, new furniture and furnishings, new kitchen and bathroom, complete redec throughout!
Solar warmed pool now with roman steps , solar heated means heated by the sun so it raises the temp by around 3 degrees its therefore not hot in winter. The villa is perfect for families or couples and is furnished to a very high standard, its perfect for letting all year with air con that heats & diesel large fire heater. It offers spacious open plan accommodation. There is a large private garden off road parking, pebbles, planting and small patio to the front and extensive patio area around the pool to the side with lots of space for sunbathing. With views form the first floor balcony over to Coralia Beach and the sea. In addition it has roman steps for ease of access especially with children and elderly or infirm There is a gas barbecue for alfresco dining. Shops, restaurants, bars and supermarket are all within a 2 minute walk as are the world famous beaches. Bus stop with regular service to Paphos and the water park. The villa is perfect as its location means no car hire is necessary but should you wish to explore the island we have a local excellent car hire company we use. for you .Cots/highchairs etc can be hired from Kidstravellite a local company. Solar powered hot water system with high pressure pump. Welcome pack included. Staying with us you are eligible to discounts at many tourist attractions and restaurants.

We had a wonderful, relaxing stay - weather was glorious and the villa provided the perfect sanctuary for our family. Our group ranged from young children, young adults & my husband and I! Lots to do for everyone in the area! There is a supermarket, ATM & bar/ restaurant 150 yards away or alternatively you can walk 15 mins to Coral Bay strip. We usually caught the bus from outside supermarket (2) and then walked home. Lisa responded to any messages really quickly & nothing was too much trouble. Villa was as described, clean with lots of books & toys to keep little ones entertained when not enjoying the fab pool! We would definitely recommend and consider a return visit in the future! Great property. Excellent communication from the host in terms of directions and on arrival plenty literature in the property. Great location, very secluded and quite, so close to all amenities. Met both the hosts who are really nice and so helpful. This is the second time we have stayed at this property and would definitely go back.

We enjoyed our stay at this amazing place near the sea and loved the beautiful villa and the pool. There are nice bars and restaurans close to the villa. Everything has been perfect for us and our friends, including the friendly and helpful communication with Lisa, we even could check out a bit later. Thank you Lisa and Felix for this relaxing holiday.
