This detached cottage is at the head of the Mawddach Estuary, 1.5 miles from Llanelltyd and 4 miles from Dolgellau and sleeps two people in one bedroom.

Bryn Melyn Artist's Cottage is at the head of the Mawddach Estuary, 1.5 miles from Llanelltyd and 4 miles from Dolgellau and sleeps two people in one double bedroom. There is also a ground floor shower room, a kitchen and a sitting room with a dining area. Outside there is off road parking for one car and a raised patio area with furniture and a BBQ from where you can enjoy the views. There are some delightful walks from the cottage up to a lovely hillside lake providing marvelous hill and mountain views. Bryn Melyn Artist's Cottage is in a fantastic location and provides a great base for a couple.

The crumbling Cymer Abbey, a 12th century romantic ruin, and St Illtyd’s Church, thought to be one of the oldest in Wales, stand testament to the village’s past.
