Staff were fantastic and really helpful. Lovely views and the pool was so good. Nice and quiet and well located to get around. We had a great time, explored the area and the olive oil from the location was fabulous.
Whilst we knew that we were staying in an apartment without air conditioning, this would have been nice. We happened to be there in a heat wave. The kitchen space is a little small but manageable.

The owner and staff are super friendly.
The place is peaceful and ideally located, surrounded by vineyards and olive groves, at a short drive from Massa Marittima (small historical and beautiful town) and Follonica (seaside town).
The facilities were spotless clean.
The place we rented (for 4 people) was large enough, with a fully functional kitchenette and a fire place.
The swimming pool: nice setting, surrounded by nature, large: just beautiful as a whole.
Two neglectable points and a more important one. Lets start with the less important:
1- The wifi is a bit weak. Workable but weak. But there is also 4g in the area so you always have alternatives.
2- The soundproofing could be slightly better. We could hear people conversing in the adjacent rental. But also this wasn't that disturbing, to be honest. The sounds were muffled enough not to be bothersome.
Now, for the important one.
The worst part (im really sorry to say it but at least in our case it was so) was the bed. The most uncomfortable bed we ever slept in. As soon as you sat on it, it felt the bed would swallow you whole. No resistance, no support neither from the bed nor from the mattress. We couldn't get a proper night rest for our entire stay and this is a shame for a place that is basically super nice.

The view over the olive trees up to the sea was awesome! The deck is inviting for spending quality time and the pool is large enough for a good swim and relaxation.

The facilities were basic but very clean. The area was lovely and peaceful. The manager was great, as was the pool.
